How many event managers do you bring with you to a wedding?
For a wedding of 200, typically myself and one assistant can keep your wedding running smoothly. However, depending on the services you requires, we may consider additional staffing.
Do you personally attend every wedding?
Yes, I wouldn't miss your event for anything. This is my passion and romance is my foundation.
What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you?
My partner and I are very detailed oriented and your wedding is promised to be a memory that will last a lifetime.
Do you accept commissions, kickbacks, or professional discounts from any vendors you refer?
No, I personally ask all my vendors to pass the savings on to you, this makes a win-win for everyone.
What is the largest wedding you've managed?
400 guests in a tent on a very hot summer day, it was a lovely event to remember.
How many hours are included with your package?
That depends on the package and what's entailed on your big day.
How many hours are you onsite the day of the wedding?
Typical day of attendance is 11 hours, but always negotiable.
Will you help with the processional and recessional?
I will be there for the whole day, I promise.
Will you bring an emergency kit?
Yes, I keep a fully stocked emergency case to meet every conceivable desire on your day.
Do you charge an hourly, flat rate, or percentage of my overall budget?
Some planners charge on a percentage basis. I choose to work on a flat fee package, so your fee is independent of your budget.
What is your refund policy in case of cancellation?
100% of deposit if the event is canceled within 3 days of contract.
66% of deposit if the event is canceled within 4-15 days of contract.
33% of deposit if the event is canceled within 16-29 days of contract.
0% of deposit if the event is canceled after 30 days of contract.
Are you present at the rehearsal?
Yes, rehearsal time is typically 2 hours in length.
