Day of coordination service is for the couple who needs day of wedding help only. ​Included with this service:


  • Initial consultation to learn about needs and expectations for your wedding day
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails to answer questions or provide guidance during your planning process
  • Access to preferred vendor list of tried and true vendors for all wedding services 
  • Creation and distribution of detailed wedding timeline for all wedding party and family members
  • Oversight of wedding party and family members on day of wedding
  • Creation and distribution of detailed ceremony order to include order of entrance, exit and all music 
  • Wedding rehearsal service (1 hour on day prior to ceremony) 
  • On site coordination service and timeline implementation on day of wedding starting 2 hours prior to ceremony time through important events at reception 



Month of Coordination $1950


Month of coordination service is for the couple who needs more support during their planning process. ​Included with this service: 


  • Initial consultation to learn about needs and expectations for your wedding day
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails during the planning process 
  • Shared, secure online wedding file for all contracts and important wedding documents
  • Guidance and recommendations for ceremony and/or reception venue 
  • Vendor selection support and oversight of all vendors during planning process and on day of wedding 
  • Creation and implementation of Decor Design Plan (including layout) for ceremony and reception
  • Access to large inventory of decor for both ceremony and reception at no additional charge 
  • Creation and distribution of detailed wedding timeline for all vendors 
  • Creation and distribution of detailed wedding timeline for all wedding party and family members
  • Creation and distribution of detailed ceremony order to include order of entrance, exit and all music 
  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (1-hour day prior to ceremony)
  • On-site coordination service and timeline implementation at the ceremony and reception location on the day of your wedding prior to first vendor arrival through all important events at the reception
